We adhere to a "Privacy by Design" philosophy. We collect minimal data:

• Input Data: Data you type into the forms (e.g., business names, state) is transmitted securely to our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating your document.
• Transient Processing: We do not permanently store your Generated Documents on our servers. They are generated and delivered back to your device immediately.
• Device Usage Data: We use standard analytics to monitor app crash rates and performance (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics).

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the document generation service.
• To facilitate in-app purchases via Google Play.
• To display rewarded video ads via Google AdMob (for free users).
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• AI Service Providers: Google (Gemini API) for content generation. These providers are bound by data confidentiality agreements.
• Advertising Partners: Google AdMob may collect device identifiers to serve non-personalized ads in compliance with app tracking transparency.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law or subpoena.

4. Your Rights (CCPA & GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you (mostly limited to purchase history, as we don't store inputs).
• Right to Erasure: You can request deletion of your data.
• Do Not Sell My Info: We do not sell personal data as defined by the CCPA.

5. Data Security

We use TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit. Your generated documents are stored locally on your device's secure storage sandbox, accessible only by you.

6. Children

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK).
